Admission Procedure
- Obtain an Application form and an Enrollment form.
(Links to the forms are on the bottom of this page. Forms may also be picked up at the school.) - Complete the Application form and submit it with the $50.00 application fee.
- Complete the Enrollment form to bring with you to the interview. (We will call you to schedule an interview.)
- New families are admitted to the school by interview process. Please come to the interview as a family. (Both the parents/legal guardians and the students desiring to attend American Legacy Academy are required to come.)
- Attach the previous year's competency test scores to the Enrollment form. If test scores are not available, prospective students will be tested to ensure proper class placement.
- Attach a copy of your child's immunization record to the Enrollment form. All children must be current on their immunizations. (See our website or check with your doctor for what is required.)
- After the interview process is complete and all of the required information has been received you will receive a letter of acceptance, refusal or notification of placement on the waiting list.
